This book is written by Henning Mankell. Playing with fire is the second book in the trilogy about Sofias life.
Sofia was born and lives in Mozambique. In the first book Mankell describes about the terrible accident sofia had. When she was 12 she step on a mine and lost her two leg and her sister. Her legs were replaced with plasticlegs.
Playing with fire is about Sofias older sister Rosa. Now is Sofia 15 yeers old. She has always been jealous of Rosa. She is beautiful and has her both legs left. She run always to Hassans store to look in magazines and hang out with her friends. Rosa also met guys behind the store, and it were there she got AIDS.
